Managing project

1. Apply project ‘Category’ and ‘Campaign.

Project details

Structure your projects using categories and campaigns. This will help with project management and also provide your clients better experience in navigating between final assets.

Category is a type of services your agency provides, e.g. 'eBook', 'Video' etc.

Campaign refers to series of marketing or promotional activities.

❕  One project can be associated with several campaigns and have only one category.

To configure the 'Category' and/or 'Campaign' of a project, select the project and select the appropriate option in the 'Info' tab.

To customize a list of categories go to 'Admin console' > 'Categories'. Leave the categories that apply to your agency enabled, also you can create a new one. These settings will apply to all your clients.

To create a campaign go to 'Admin console' > 'Campaigns'> 'Add new campaign'.

❕  The campaign is applicable to a specific client and does not affect global agency settings.

2. Upload brand assets and inspo.

Go to client folder with assets > Click on ‘Inspo’ or 'Brand assets / Strategy'

Organize additional files related to brand assets and examples for inspiration alongside the final assets in one location

Barand assets / Strategy refers to the foundational elements and guidelines that define a brand's identity and messaging. This includes visual elements like logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery, as well as verbal components such as tone of voice and key messaging.

Inspo is collection of inspirational materials that serve as references for design and creative projects. These files may include images, articles, color palettes, typography examples, and case studies that reflect trends, styles, or concepts relevant to the current project.

3. Prioritize your tasks.

Go to 'Dashboard'

Before you start working, check:
- tasks priority based on due date;
- updates on your current tasks.

Upcoming deadlines of projects assigned to you will be displayed in a widget at the top left. You can toggle between 'Today,' 'This week,' and 'This month' for your convenience. Projects and subtasks are organized by due date, with the most imminent deadlines shown first. Red indicates overdue projects or subtasks, while orange highlights those due in two days.

Latest updates on your assigned projects can be found under the 'Bell' icon. This section will show recent activities, such as:
- when a project is moved to 'In Progress';
- when a subtask is marked as 'Done';
- when a subtask is marked as 'Done' and the next subtask is assigned to you, you'll receive a notification indicating that it's your turn to work on the project (Upcoming feature);
- when someone tagged you in a comment (Upcoming feature).
